Be Prepared - Take advantage of suggestions and tips on how to organise and prepare for your audit. Let me share my experience of the 1.5 day Qualiopi audit so you will know what to expect, how to react, and how to handle questions and problems. As part of my normal role I help English language learners prepare for and cope the stresses of the audit process, I will share many useful tips and hints with you. J’ai pris la décision de faire la certification Qualiopi en septembre 2020. Dès le debut, Andy Foxon de DTS Formations m’a conseillé, tout d’abord dans le choix de l’organisme de certification.
Par la suite, il m’a accompagné le long du processus de préparation de l’audit, en : ✓ Expliquant les requis de chaque indicateur dans le contexte de Prep’it ✓ M’aidant à perfectionner mes documents existants pour remplir tous les critères demandés ✓ Montrant l’importance des tableurs avec des informations pertinentes pour chaque indicateur. En fait, très souvent, au sein de son organisme de formation, on suit déjà le processus demandé mais pour Qualiopi il faut démontrer un suivi pour prouver que c’est le cas ✓ Donnant les conseils pour l’affichage d’information sur le site web Prep’it. Lors de l’audit, nous avons eu un écart mineure ! Un grand merci à Andy, ses connaissances et sa patience !

Andy Foxon helped me get my Qualiopi certification with a very easy and sound method based on the practicalities of what is needed indicator by indicator and what the auditors are looking for.
Thanks to his advice, I also wrote a quality manual, and I didn’t need to do a pre-audit. If you work as an independent language trainer or in a language school and you need Qualiopi, I would heartily recommend calling upon Andy to help you as you will gain so much time, and also take a lot of the stress out of wondering what the auditor wants.
